emphasis on “used to.” I’m a Seven Stars Player (invite only tier level) I have an 80k win/ 43k loss record from the previous year and play slots exclusively.
These other casinos also have much better rewards programs and promotions than either of the Indiana Ceasars casinos. I find that not only are these other casinos smoke-free but as a result they are cleaner overall for a much more pleasant gambling experience. I have found several non-smoking casino options in other locations in Indiana as well as Ohio and have been frequenting those.
The smoking policy shows the company's lack of concern for their non-smoking patrons and especially, their employees who must inhale this smoke every day. The 'non-smoking area' has moved frequently during construction and is a random section connected to the open room full of smoking. Only 21.2% of Indiana adults are smokers, yet, the casino feels the need to cater to this low percentage of the population. The biggest complaint is that, in the year 2023 when we fully understand the negative effects of secondhand smoke, they still allow smoking throughout the casino. I am not sure if they will bring them back if/when they ever finish construction. This means they have removed several of the slot machines that we formerly enjoyed. The casino itself is fine, however, it has been under construction for the past year.
